TOWARDS CREATIVE “INANIMATE” TO ANIMATE (CITA) MUSE OR COMMUNICATION THEORY

Associate Professor S. A. Shaibu

Abstract

The Muse/Communication gap between the Creative and the Created Inanimate and animate beings (CITA) must begin with a step so that the journey may be complete one day. This paper begins that journey towards inanimate to animate theory herein labelled created inanimate to animate (CITA) theory.

This paper takes an analytical view of the Creative muse from the inanimate to the animate, from the perspective of the agenda-setting theory and Oyibo’s GAGUT (God Almighty Grand Universal Theory) and how the beats have gone on through the ages to the present times without the academics taking note to move away from a one-track-perspective educational system that neglects educational theories, hypothesis and postulations that are rooted in the character of God Almighty and core values of society. Most intellectual/scholarly thoughts that point to God Almighty as the ultimate custodian of wisdom, knowledge and understanding have hitherto been labelled as either controversial or subjective. This should not be as many intellectuals/scholarly hypothesis or thesis or theories are now crumbling to the vagaries of change.
